Spark Aiou – Publisher Agreement & Rules
Welcome to Spark Aiou, an online platform offering a unique earning opportunity for users through the sharing and promotion of premium academic PDF resources. To ensure transparency, fairness, and operational integrity, all users must agree to the following Terms and Conditions before participating in our program.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
By registering as a Publisher or Seller on Spark Aiou, you agree to abide by these rules and conditions. Spark Aiou reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Revenue Share & Commission
- The current revenue share is 35% to the publisher/seller and 65% to Spark Aiou.
- Spark Aiou reserves the right to change the revenue percentage at any time with or without prior notice.
- Any change in percentage will apply from the date of announcement on the website.
3. Content Usage and Prohibited Activities
- Spark Aiou provides premium PDF academic files intended for students.
- These files are uploaded by the admin and must only be promoted via ethical means.
- Strictly no spam: Spam of any kind including link spamming, fake referrals, or misleading promotion will result in immediate account termination.
- All activities must comply with our intellectual property guidelines and local/international laws.
4. Account Termination
- Spark Aiou (admin/owner) reserves the full right to suspend or terminate any account at any time with or without warning.
- Accounts may also be terminated if found violating our terms, spamming, or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
- Terminated accounts may or may not receive pending payments, based on the admin’s judgment and evidence.
5. Payment & Withdrawal
- Users may submit one withdrawal request per day.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours during working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
- Payments are only made through the officially supported payment methods listed on the website.
- Fraudulent accounts will not receive payments under any circumstances.
6. System of Earnings
- You will earn by promoting PDF files and study resources uploaded to Spark Aiou.
- All earnings are tracked through your account dashboard.
- The admin will audit your account periodically to ensure the integrity of the system.
7. Privacy & Security
- User data will be handled with strict confidentiality.
- Spark Aiou will never share, sell, or misuse your personal information.
- Email communications will be limited to important announcements or account matters.
8. Disputes and Support

- Spark Aiou will strive to resolve disputes fairly but maintains the final authority on all account and payment decisions.
